Please confirm your shipping address in the Account Management Portal and then report the delivery issue.

1. Press the "LOG IN" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click on the person icon button to "Manage Account." 

2. Press the "Manage My Subscription" button.

3. Check your address in the "Shipping Address" cube paying special attention to the city. If not correct, press the "Update" button to change your address.

4. If the address in your account is correct, please contact us to report the delivery issue(s) by pressing the "Report" button.

5. Fill in the information accordingly, then press "Report."

Once your report is in our system, our team will look into your case. In the meantime, please check your email for any communications from us.
