What is the Compensation for Missed Papers?

If a customer reports a missed paper:
- We will first track your package with the USPS tracking system to identify where your package is and if it is still in transit but just delayed.
- Upon review, if we see it is missing or has other issues, then our Customer Services Agents can extend/credit your account for the number of missing papers.
