All subscriptions (except Gift) renew automatically with payment due and charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled. 

The billing date is the date on which you first placed your order. 


Subscribers will automatically be charged in advance based on their subscription plan which can be monthly, quarterly, or annually.


For “End of the Month” cases, if the selected date is not present in a month (say, the 31st) for billing, then the preceding date is selected. 


The renewal shifts back to the original date in the subsequent month when available.


Example: 

A customer signs up for a subscription that renews on the 31st of every month. The renewal of the subscription will fall on January 31, February 28, March 31, and so on, i.e., the subscription will renew on the last day of the month.


If you pay by check: 

Checks are accepted for quarterly and yearly plans, but not monthly plans.

We encourage, however, subscribers to pay by credit card for their convenience and to avoid any interruptions in their subscription.


We will no longer mail invoices for subscription payments. 


Please make a note of your renewal date and provide payment on or before that date to avoid cancellation. Unpaid accounts will be automatically canceled.
